Linkx Matrix

The Matrix is a side feed collator—shrink wrapping machine designed specifically to handle cartons. Whether they be end load or top load, it makes no difference and the Matrix can handle them at speeds of up to 300 per minute. (Subject to a maximum wrapping speed of 30 packs per minute and dependent on carton size).

Linkx Fusion

The Linkx Fusion is specifically designed to Shrink Wrap piles of books. Extremely versatile, quick to size change, easy access open design to suit frequent bindery changeovers. The machine suitable for all standard book formats with stacks between 50mm and 300mm as standard. Will collate up to 18 cycles a minute with side seals. Increased throughput will depend on book stack stability.

Linkx Integra

The Integra is an energy efficient side feed machine, purpose designed to handle bagged products. From sugar and flour to dog biscuits etc. Whatever the product, if it’s in a bag the Integra can handle it. From a single or multi stream feed, the Integra can collate the product and wrap it in a tight fitting sleeve which is then shrunk down for transit. If the product is in a carry home bag with handles, the Integra will also fold these down to make a more compact pack.

Linkx Tray Maker

The Tray maker does exactly what it says on the tin…. it makes trays. From pre cut board blanks, the tray maker glues and forms them accurately every time at up to 40 per minute. Corrugated or carton board, shallow or deep draw, the Linkx tray maker will form it. Mobile Picking Station

The intelligent mobile picking stations are designed to integrate order line picking, checking and packing of loose product into shippable cartons. This is achieved using radio data communications, bar code scanning and place by light confirmation. Operators receive instructions via data screen or voice enablement. The mobile picking station (trolley) is of modular design so it can easily be tailored to suit specific carton sizes, number of carton locations and aisle widths.
